Capacitor in my microwave is shorting. I put a new fuse in it but the second I go to heat something it pops. Nothing visible on the out side so its in the capacitor. Which I'm not messing with in my kitchen. New microwave time.

I discovered nasal strips Friday and they are a world of difference. My nose used to clamp shut if I breathed hard or deep through it but now it's not.
I'm changing some stuff up but I was going to front squat first thing Monday like I have been but my left ankle would just not let my leg go forward enough with out pain. I can't wear heels because my right ankle/foot is still messed up from the break. For whatever reason raising my right heel more than what a work boot does just locks it up. I'll try again tomorrow. Luckily I can still squat normally with a bit wider stance.

Yeah this ain't working. I can force it but it's too funky. I don't remember twisting my left ankle recently either. Might be from babying my right leg for the last couple years and it finally just caught up with me. I'll give it a couple weeks and try again. According to my schedule I have a decent cushion till the end of the year.

EVA soled shoes are the bane of my existence. I want to see if I can get a pair of flip flops made of horse stall mat and leather.

Had a thought last night. They should only make shirts 3xl and larger in tall. If you think about it anyone wearing those sizes and not fat is going to be tall and anyone not tall and wearing those sizes is going to have a gut that the shirt will hang off so they need the extra length anyway.
