I hate wrist wraps but the first reverse grip set was hurting my left wrist so I gave them a try. Still didn't like it but it got the job done.
Edit: also I noticed I have a terrible amount of target fixation on bench. Like I noticed I was looking at the pull up bar on the front of my rack for the single and first set and the next set when I purposefully looked at the mark on the back cross member I use to center a pulley the sets got easier.
Maybe I should make a ceiling mark right above my face.
Have I been for months now just making things harder by subconsciously screwing my bar path?

Clipped the j hooks on the first 275. Retook the weight and got it. Going to drop the e1rm for next week and probably try 316 again the week after.

Warm ups sucked the single sucked back offs were fine but setting up for bench back started to get tweaky.

I didn't mention it yesterday but I actually used a metronome on the last set of 3ct yesterday and lets just say next time I do 3ct bench it's going to be a bit lighter. 2ct in four weeks so looking forward to that.
