Dinner: 300g white beans, brussel sprouts, 3 slices pork roast
Snacks: 3 eggs, 1 slices brioche, 200g chicken breast, 70g baguette
Total: 2400 kcal, 170 g protein

Breakfast: pancakes: 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 100g flour, maple syrup
Lunch: pork chops, soup, baguette, apple
Dinner: roasted panais, broccoli, 300g chicken breast, bbq sauce
Snacks: 3 eggs, 1 slice rye bread, peanut butter, 1 banana, 2 cookies

Total: 2700 kcal, 200g protein
