In an attempt to make sure I can walk for the rest of the week, I cut 3 sets of pause squats out. Overall easy session, hardest part was the last few reps of elevated squats from fatigue.

A slight bump in total volume over my last DL session where I felt good coming in. Like 40lbs kind of bump. 495 felt @9-9.5, but last set of 440 was probably @9.5-10. Overall pretty solid session.

Kept top set very reasonable, meaning @9 or @8.5. Mostly wasn't super thrilled with the second rep so I decided two was fine. Added two to pause squats though, because I can't be reasonable for a whole session.

Second set of 265 was @10 so I cut the weight.

This far on this "bulk" I've stayed largely at the same holes on my belt, but a tad tighter on those holes. Getting close to needing to move the lever back out on the lever belt though.
