I've done this with flat bench... let's just leave it at "more than once." I've never done it on incline and have hit ungodly grinds that I forced up fueled only by sheer terror that I wouldn't be able to figure it out.

Might get a chance to train Saturday? Busy weekend coming up before I go back to work. Taking the two older boys to Six Flags as a surprise that I'm not a boring dad. Then out to Syracuse with their grandfather for a car show. Then monster trucks on Saturday hahaha...

Pray for our bank accounts.

He did not.

I didn't think this was possible, but I saw so many Chevelles at Syracuse Nationals on Saturday they started to look boring.

We did find the top 3, (70 Challenger, 71 Nova, 69 Charger) though obviously not in the desired paint schemes (somebody had a racing 70 Nova in POS flat black that I considered trying to steal) and I think my 2nd born developed a love for Mustangs so it was all worth it...

Related/unrelated I think within the next year I want to build a race mower.

Incline Bench
275x5x3

Neutral Grip Bench
225x13, 210x14, 190x14

Band Push Downs
3x15

Hammer Curl
95x15x2, 95x14

I'm on 3 or so hours of sleep and 12+ hours of family drama and that first incline set was a total shit show. I threw on my wraps for the next set and luckily it cleaned up. Crisis of faith averted...

(I was also not supposed to move to 5s... What the fuck I suck at remembering things, oh well, 5s again next time I guess...)

My cousin had a 69 Chevelle with a 454 (.60 over no less) and a Muncie M21. It was ridiculous. I am not a Chevelle guy, but that one was sick. Now a 67 or older Chevy !! or Nova ....

Squat
315x6, 325x6, 335x6

Seated Press*
145x10, 135x12, 135x10

Chin Ups (25)
7, 7, 6, 5

Bent Row
135x12x3

I've spent the last two days worth of work either scurrying up and down ladders or crawling around on the floor behind benches to do another line worth of system installs and squatting van absolutely kiss my ass...

*maybe I should have dropped that last set a bit, prior set rep 12 my feet come up and I see Jesus take the wheel for a sec, thought I was going backwards** off the bench lol

**I might (should be) use the incline here and just set the incline back so it doesn't support me but would catch me in the event that happens hahaha

Garage flooded so I got a late start cleaning it up and had to train through the white noise of my air mover...

Bench
285x7, 285x8, 285x7

Incline Bench
225x11, 210x12, 195x13

Barbell Curl (empty bar)*
34x1

Call me crazy but I don't think winging it inconsistently is working. Huge surprise. I need to figure something out because without an end goal I just feel kind of listless...

Don't ask me what I weigh, I obviously fell off a few weeks back and I've been too anxious to look lol...

*can't tell if that's really sad. Left front shoulder/upper bicep has been a little shitty so as tantalizing as another blown proximal tendon sounds for symmetry I decided to give the cheaty curls a break today. Just curled until I couldn't take the burning...

We can both be right...

It feels weird calling it a fan (it is) because of the style/power but I also wouldn't call it a blower (it is) because I reserve that for handheld tools...

Not to be a downer (I mean yeah I am being a downer) but last year my guys went 4-0 in the preseason, with the league leading offense and Kenny Pickett looking like Joe Montana.

Yeah.

Yeah.
I just treat it like a mini season and then forget it happened W1...

It's as important for me as it is for them, gotta get that boozing tolerance back in game shape...

Fair. I’m on day 16 sans alcohol and am not sure how long I’m gonna keep this up past 30 days. Guessing about 5 minutes into W1.

Static Monsters is October 26th... I'm gonna alternate log every other week for now and see if it feels strong... I should probably at least sort of compete once this year if I'm gonna call myself a strongman still...
