anyone know how to make this stuff? ive been sautee ing ground beef in my instapot, then removing, adding carrots/celery/onion with some olive oil, re add the beef, throw in a cup of rice and a cup of beef broth and let in pressure cook for 7 minutes. seems to do the trick.

also, making hummus is incredibly easy and a good source of protein. alls you do is add 2 cans of garbanzo beans, 3-4 spoons of tahini (make sure to stir before) one can worth of the garbanzo juice, some lemon squirts and a pinch of salt then process the shit out of it and cool it for a day and its bomb.

anyway, i need job where i actually go to work instead of work from home at my computer...im bored

Recipes sound fine but this point is important.

Make sure you get out there and see people, if you aren’t already. Pick a new thing to learn and join a club. Might be worth it.

the meals are prettty tasty so far. not a lot of sauce and not much added flavors, like i can tell its light on the salt and no sugar, which is good. they taste fresh and somehow they arent dry and bland like other "diet" frozen meals. the only thing is they are low in calories and expensive. each meal has ~400-600 cal and 30-50g protein, so the protein content is good but 3 meals a day only gives you like 1800 cal max which is no where near enough. its nice to have a convenient meal though from time to time, especially lunch.

Sounds like a good alternative to a protein shake / bar. Same cals / protein depending on size, but without three dozen ingredients with seven syllables.

If you have an instant pot and a bit of time to cook try something like this instead (uzbek dish called plov)

https://natashaskitchen.com/instant-pot ... beef-plov/

Similar macros with probably better taste.

That looks mighty tasty! I'll have to give it a try.
