Who is on a cut?

What's a carb? A car part? What's a macro? A type of camera lens?

@DanCR trader joes had a similar concoction and I was using it in cottage cheese for awhile. You’re right, it’ll get old in a while.

Similar to this, tomatoes go pretty well with cottage cheese. Add a little salt and pepper.

Been on a cut for a month. Started around 20-24% bodyfat.
210 lb Male 33yo 6'2"

Started with

Breakfast
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Protein4Oats Powers
1 tblspn Ground Flaxseed
1 tblspn Maple Syrup
1 tblspon Avocado Oil
Blackberries/Raspberries

Snack
Perfect Bar
Blend: 1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 Scoop Ancient Nutrition Protein Powder (high Leucine content), 1 tspn Cinnamon, 1 tblspn Peanut Butter, Chopped Strawberries

Lunch
2 lb ground turkey divided over 7 days
1 pack Ben's White Rice
2 Large Eggs
Mushrooms/Red Onion/White Onion/Spinach/Broccoli
Olive oil spray
Bbq Sauce

Dinner
2 Chicken Tighs
1 Cup Brown Rice Pasta
1 Zucchini
Bbq Sauce
Olive oil spray

Dessert
90 Cal Fudge Bar

Since I've started this I've decreased my calories weekly. For example I:
- switched to 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup Protein4 Oats powder
- Removed avocado oil
- Reduced to 1 tspn Peanut Butter
- Reduced to 1 cup Minute Maid Brown Rice/Quinoa
- Switched to Egg Whites / 1 Medium Egg
- Switched to low calorie BBQ Sauces
- Switched to 1 Chicken Tigh/ 1 Chicken Breast
- Switched to 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Pasta, then 3/4 Cup Carbe Diem Pasta, then 1/2 Cup
- Removed olive oil spray during dinner
- Started eating fudge bar on workout days only
- Replaced some hypertrophy sets with Stairmaster

Each change I've done one at a time to get used to the calorie reduction. Down 7 lb so far.
