Healthy High Protein Meal/Snack Ideas for the Lazy

What's a carb? A car part? What's a macro? A type of camera lens?

I second the crockpot/instant pot/leftover meat ideas. Seriously, just cook up a ton of meat and eat that, add tortillas for carbs. My go to for this is 4-5lbs of chicken breast with a jar of tomatillo salsa in the instant pot.

Theses are two "snacks" I usually consume after work or on saturdays.

4-6 large handfuls of cheerios, eat peanut butter out of the jar until I start to choke, chug milk until choking sensation goes away. And then just a touch more milk. Usually works out to about 2-3 cups of cheerios, 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, and a pint of milk

The other is 2 packets of instant oats, 2 scoops of unflavored whey, and a tablespoon of peanut butter with hot water. I had this for breakfast today too.

Morning pudding (I think I cribbed this from Andy Baker)
One cup of cottage cheese, half cup of instant oats, 1/2-1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, couple splashes of coffee.
