No IPF approval for Pioneer and I cannot blame them one bit. That is an absolutely insane licensing fee for such an obscure sport.

Is there a link/post for this garage leveling process? I’m still a ways away here. Currently involved in initial skirmishes with Mrs. BostonRugger over my territorial claims to the garage.Allentown wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 11:16 amI also really, really like the white belts.
Realistically, I should put some money into the rest of my gym before a $300 belt. I might try leveling the floor the way @Manveer did it, just in the odd chance I really really need to use it as a garage someday.
Is it the shingle process?

Re: Official Pioneer Fitness Thread
Shingles work well if you don't have far to level. I have shingles helping to level my platform side to side right now. They also help create an air space to keep the wood out of direct contact with the concrete, which can(?) help prevent rot when it gets wet and humid.BostonRugger wrote: ↑Thu Jan 18, 2018 6:19 pm Is there a link/post for this garage leveling process? Is it the shingle process?
(Because I don't want to drive traffic...)
The Manveer process though involves loosely framing the area, putting down a sheet of plastic that covers the whole frame, and using self-leveler like the thread omaniphil linked to. In my case, I'd probably use some cheaper concrete first, then flatten everything out with self-leveler, because the front left corner of my platform needs to be raised about 2 1/4" and that's an awful lot of concrete.

New toys came today. I need to break everything in, but I'm very happy with it so far. Will probably end up ordering a softer pair of wraps, though. These Phantoms are serious shit.

Nice new kit mate! That’s the same colour as my Best belt - I think the black buckle looks much nicer than my chrome.

Re: Official Pioneer Fitness Thread
costed up my desired belt - came to over $300 (without even getting to shipping). I may have to wait a while, but it will be worth it
