e1rms are 9-18lbs off of my real 1RMs and 12-43lbs off of highest e1rms. feels good to be this strong on a every other day schedule. Once I start doing 1 work day for 2 rest days I should be able to set new PRs now that I'm gaining weight.
I've always been able to display strength better on lower frequency.

Pretty much active rest. Gonna add some volume to my training for a couple of weeks now
