What did you eat for breakfast today?

Since I made the thread on the site that shall not be named. Its only customary I make this one.

When I wake up today I will consume the two fried egg sandwich I have prepared. They contain

Potato bread toasted to a medium dark with ketchup - spread with a knife - on each slice
Three eggs fried over hard per sandwich, the yolk should be gooey but not runny
2 pieces of bacon per sandwich
1 slice of american cheese per sandwich

Three eggs, scrambled in margerine
600 ml of 1% milk
1 tablespoon of Toddy (google it, you fool)
1 cup of black coffee (I mixed it with a bit of the milk and Toddy)

That's what I eat Monday-Friday.

6 eggs, 1/4 of a package of gimme lean (fake sausage), healthy dose of cholula, coffee (not pictured), store brand honey nut cheerios (not pictured, probably around a cup)

I've been batch-cooking my eggs on Sundays to help cut down on morning time tasks, since we have the whole "get the sick 6mo kid to daycare" thing going on right now.
Bowl of cereal
~3 eggs and 1-2 pieces of bacon, with potatoes
1 scoop P, creatine, and a spoon of Metamucil.

Monday to Friday
4 Weetbix with 300ml low fat high protein milk.
Two slices of toast with Marge and thick Vagina-mite (prefer Marmite but but it lacks in the name department).
Coffee with milk and sugar.

I've been mixing it up a bit.

Today, a grain muffin with a mini avocado spread all over it, some greek yoghurt and half a punnet of strawberries, and 2 coffees.

Normally it'd be muesli with berries and milk, and either some yoghurt or a muffin/toast.

4 XL eggs in 1 tbs of butter, damn it. A BUTTERED english muffin. And a cup or two of coffee. I eat the same things nearly every day, just like a cat. Except, I eat different things for different meals. I don't eat 4 eggs 3 or 4 times a day. That would make me very sad. Cats, on the other hand, don't mind eating the same damn thing over and over, endlessly for every meal. (I do give them smoked chicken for treats though. They seem to enjoy this. Perhaps they aren't that happy with monotony either. I dunno. . .)

It's lunch that I don't have worked out. I used to grill / smoke a lot of chicken for the week. But this got too boring. Tied making it into burritos, salads, or just chicken and almonds. Never mind. . . .. Now I end up buying expensive tacos a couple times a week. Sometime I run to the border for cheap mouse meat tacos. And I have to eat a cafeteria hamburger (with bacon + $.75) and honeydew 3 days a week. This week it will be more like 4. Though I have 4 chicken breasts and a shit load of left over steak sitting in the fridge.

Aight so my new breakfast, since Ive going to be 8 am and want to eat while I drive.

Have been to precook a 4egg and 2 slice of american cheese omelette cooked in half tablespoon of butter. Take ketchup and spread with knife on rye bread (not toasted), add salt and pepper to ketchup, add omelette, its delicious.

My technique for cooking the omelette has been to let the edges cook and then push them up then move the frying pan in such a way that the raw egg goes to the edges and cooks. keep repeating, once the majority has cooked, add the cheese, close and start flipping it. Letting the remaining raw egg spill out as you flip it to continue cooking. I've found it cooks better with a full table spoon of butter, but that is too many grams of fat in one meal for me.

Yeah, 1.5 scoops of salted caramel wpc, 3/4 of a cup of rolled oats, 1 small banana. Same thing I eat every day

I love the texture, but for some reason steel cut oats go right through me- unchanged.

Almost every morning I eat:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 packet raisin date walnut instant oatmeal
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 oz slivered almonds
1 teaspoon honey
prepared with water, 4 oz milk added at the end

shake
1.5 scoops whey concentrate unlfavored
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
creatine, beta alanine

2 free range eggs, 1 grass fed beef hot dog, 4Tbsp sour cream, 1Tbsp coconut oil.

Smoothie
31grams unflavored 90% whey isolate, 3Tbsp "regular" peanut butter (i.e. just peanuts and salt) , 1/4 cup whole milk greek yogurt, 36 grams/1cup red chard, 1 ounce broccoli, 1/2 avocado.

Been in a rut recently. 1.5 cups of non fat greek yogurt. Need to change it up, since its getting boring, but the macros on it are pretty much perfect.
