I think of black coffee on it's own and I also start thinking ciggies. Temptations!
I had me ~2 cups of oats and unfortunately not enough milk, 3 eggs, and 2 double espressos. Feel very hungry on days after 2 sessions in a row.

4 oz "better" chicken thigh meat. can't get full on free range here. together with 1 free range egg & topped with sour cream, 31 grams whey isolate with some raw organic cacao powder, 1/4 cup whole milk cottage cheese on the side.

1 free range egg topped w/ sour cream.
Coffee w/ mct and coconut oil. Fite me.

I just couldn't be bothered with solid food this morning.
Buncha whey isolate, pb, cacao & mct oil.
2 coffees with a lot of fat.
Some potassium gluconate,salt, a multi, D3 and magnesium glycinate.
1/4 cup whole milk cottage cheese.
Yum?
Ha! Oh yeah, 1 tsp Norweigan cod liver oil. Mmmm, lemony.
Nice for getting my omega3s when i skip the free range eggs though.

After my 3 grams creatine in water, I Started the day with a 610 calorie cup of coffee incl. Cream, coconut oil, MCT oil.
After doing snow removal and grocery shopping -
Smoothie -
56 grams chard, 1/4 cup each, whole milk greek yogurt and whole milk ricotta.
3 Tbsp peanut butter, 46grams whey isolate, 1Tbsp MCT oil, filtered water.
"on teh side" 2 squares Lindt 70% chocolate.

I've always had whey in water for breakfast, mostly with some oats thrown it. Doing a reverse diet and the amount of oats is steadily increasing to the point where it's beginning to become undrinkable. Over the holiday break I'm going to experiment with birhcer style muesli - oats soaked in coconut water with either chobani or whey mixed in for protein.

I like the bircher style muesli. The Uncle Toby's is the most economical, Carman's is nice too but a bit dearer. The best muesli I've had (IMO) is the Dorset cereals stuff but it's dear at 8 bucks a box, it's occasionally half price at Colesworth and I usually pick it up then. Also like the Table of Plenty stuff from Coles. Today's brekkie though was a bit out of the ordinary. A ham steak, microwaved (which made it a bit crispy and dry) sandwiched in toasted wholegrain bread with some low fat cheese, some yoghurt and blueberries, and coffee. Had to use up the last ham steak and crusts of bread, and it was gooood.
I have a work BBQ for lunch but don't want to eat any of it, as I'd rather stick with what I've prepped. People will think I'm weird. Maybe even a little disordered.

Homemade egg nog pancakes (the batter was homemade, not the actual nog) with egg nog syrup. And a protein shake (cocoa, whey, psyllium) as always.

I've been having 4 eggs and a bit of Trade Joe's feta, scrambled up, thrown in the microwave and eaten straight out of the mug while I drive. Way better than McDonald's. I am super looking forward to our day after Christmas traditional breakfast, which is panetone french bread and a hash made from leftover lamb and potatoes.
