Alternatively, he realizes he needs to poop when he gets done peeing and still isn't relieved. Though if this happens often, you wonder at his ability to notice patterns...

Or he has to pee but also wants to play a game on his phone and refuses to just pee while sitting down playing with his phone.cwd wrote: ↑Mon Apr 16, 2018 7:18 amAlternatively, he realizes he needs to poop when he gets done peeing and still isn't relieved. Re: Tales from the Office Space: Complain about your coworkers
Dumb nurse mentions that two employees of the hospital system she was going to meet with today were murdered over the weekend, so the meeting was canceled.
Anyways, it seems a woman and a man were shot and killed, and the husband of the woman found dead in some nearby woods with a self-inflicted GSW.
Tiny hyperactive lady who isn't generally terrible so I don't have a name for her yet (she's easily bamboozled, so perhaps Bamboozle Lady?) comes over and let me know that her husband told her "that's what the woman gets for messing around on her husband."
I managed to not let her know that her husband (who runs a Christian music recording studio at their house) is a piece of shit.

How about Bambi? (short for Bamboozled) You could always be subtle about it, using air-quotes around "Christian".
"So Bambi, how is your husband's "Christian" music recording studio"?

Re: Tales from the Office Space: Complain about your coworkers
For the most part, I really like my co-workers. I work in a small office where there's only 7 of us. However...one of my co-workers (frumpy 50-something year old woman) ALWAYS unplugs our little single cup coffee maker after she makes her coffee, as well as turning the switch off. Then I go to make my coffee, go back to doing my work, come back to get my coffee 10 minutes later only to find out the machine is unplugged.
It's trivial but annoying. It makes me wonder....does she unplug EVERY appliance when she's done using it??

Update on the news story- woman and the murderer were going through a divorce, had two kids age 9 and 6, were at the home where the killer was found in the woods.

Re: Tales from the Office Space: Complain about your coworkers
Some devices use enough power when "turned off" that unplugging them saves small amounts of money.
I know old transformer-based AC/DC adapters waste power when plugged in. I.e. the ones that are heavy and feel warm all the time. I mostly see the lightweight designs these days, that have ICs and switching supplies inside, these don't waste enough power to matter.

Discussion over cube walls about loading a physician into the system-
Dumb Nurse, who was not part of the conversation: "And this is why we wonder why it's entered wrong!"
Horse Lady: "Why what is entered wrong?"
Dumb Nurse: just laughs loudly & nonsensically
Horse Lady: very loud sigh
