I used to grind nearly this hard once per week on each exercise, and unsurprisingly was hurt all the time.

Lol. "Easy"

Squatting 405x5 to win a close to year long bet with my brother. There's an epic speech at the beginning too, but I cut right to the squatting.

@Mugaaz, I like the little smile your spotter gives you when you get it. +++

Enjoying all of these.

I’m on the splodey end of the NME spectrum so I usually get a rep quickly or not at all. Here’s me doing my best to grind out a squat PR.

9 seconds to lock out this deadlift in January 2017. At the time it was a 5 kg all-time PR.

I had the most ridiculous squat morning save before when I squatted 110 kg for a triple on Texas Method, but I can't seem to find the video. Instead, here's the first time I squatted 110 kg for a single in October 2016.

I haven't done any stupid grindy shit like this in a while because I'm not running Texas Method anymore, but I think my submission make me a strong contender for the Intermidiot Grind Trophy!

My squat and deadlift from my last mock meet were as grindy as I can get. If you listen closely you can hear my thoughts on the squat in the video.

All of my worst/best grinds have been over my head...

Only recent one was the first time I took a whack at 200x5 in January... it's better now though...

Here's another good one. It's #babyweight, but I've got a pretty good @Austin face going...

I'll have to search for my novice LP lifts to get a video up.

But wanted to stop by and say I love the thread and love seeing the impressive dedication from you guys

My favorite part is the fist pump at the end. Every lifter on this forum can immediately resonate with that feeling of "F*** yeah!"

I looked through old videos but couldn't find anything worthy of this thread, so went offscript during my OHP workout tonight to film a heavy single. Was supposed to do a density block at 155lbs, which I did, and got 38 reps with, but first tried PRing my OHP with 215lbs.

Very appropriate shirt for a grindy 5lb PR... congrats!
