Well I have been training, but my training focus has changed a bit. I guess I will get the easy reason out of the way- I will not be competing in August as planned. I had considered competing in Nov but neither one works with my current work schedule and or personal life.

I had considered just dropping off the face of the earth and never posting again but I decided to follow my friends advice- she said if you cannot talk about it then you might as well stay in the closet. No, I am not gay I am transgender. I am starting to transition to living as Mary but I love weight training so I plan to continue. Mentally and physically I need the weights- when life gets crappy I can forget all that and focus on the weight the bar, on my sets and reps. I will probably start a new log when I get a chance.

One of my goals that has changed is my body weight- going to drop to 195ish and see how I feel. Ultimately I am thinking 180-185 but I am just not sure. I see the endocrinologist in two weeks- it will be interesting to see how hormones affect my strength.

I am seriously considering competing again, I am just not sure how that looks at this point. I still am going to try and get as strong and or maintain as much strength as possible without a bulk up, especially the upper body. May add in some static cardio and or HIIT to help with with weight loss.

I will not log lasts week training but will log this weeks training. I am going to 3 days a week, two lifts a day. Plan to run a short cycle peaking in a test week then repeat. Hopefully I can run this cycle for awhile and see how things go.

This weeks macro gaols: 60-65f, 370-380c, 210-215p

Comp DL
135x5
225x3
315x1 + B
365x1 + wwraps

Decided not too bench- right shoulder was slightly sore and the tendinitis in my right elbow has flared up. Cut the deadlifts short because I am competing in Pull for Pride this Saturday. Deadlift only meet to benefit the homeless LGBTQ kids. Just found out about it and they were nice enough to let me sign up after the deadline. Should be alot of fun, pretty excited- my first charity meet.
