Tough to tell because there's so much the sound COULD be, but I think it might be the tie rod... swapping out the shocks too while I'm in there...

I'll spare the gory details, but I managed to misdiagnose a trashed wheel bearing. Weird because I didn't get any of the normal warning signs you'd expect, until I put the truck in reverse. Something about that made it really speak up with the squeaking/grinding/crunching.
So... spent Sunday morning getting that swapped. Probably didn't neeeeeed the tie rods but the new shocks have made a much bigger difference than I anticipated... she's riding nice now.
And then on my way home one of my hub caps decided to peace the fuck out and went flying down rt 18... so... $15 on ebay...

That's GPP man. It's like practicing the Medley after normal training. You're just streamlining your training. And you probably needed to change the tie rods and shocks anyway, so you were doing preventative maintenance. Dude, it's like you're a grown up man planning ahead to avoid problems and achiev greater success!

Finally made it through a MTTF without adjusting my days. Actually touched the stone. Did 3's because I was aiming for the highest extension I could each rep, tippy toes extension. Tried doing them with sleeves but it kept slipping, so I ditched em and now my forearms hurt.
Tacky makes these so much easier...
Edit: Yoke is missing because there's like a solid inch of ice on my driveway
Edit edit: didn't skip the check in, just matching the time of day of my usual check in. No change, which is better than I expected what with the fish frys and impromptu trip to Z's yesterday

Maybe it was being on 3 hours of sleep, maybe it's the scheduled "deloads" I've been on for a bit, maybe it's intuition... but around the 4 week mark I start to feel a bit like butt and while I probably could have made it through another week of 8's... it just sounded like shit so I didn't do it...
Strict press got a lighter load because log is gonna take the heavier spot

Member back in Sept when my parking brake exploded and I said my caliper must be sticking because of the pad/rotor wear?
Well... it really fucking was because my truck has sounded like total ass all week. Drivers side inner pad was just charred metal. New calipers, pads, and rotors for both sides this morning....
