Pioneer 10mm Buffalo Lever Belt

My training partner has a couple Pioneer lever belts and is selling this one to fund purchasing a Pioneer Cut belt since he doesn't have any prong belts anymore.

This is 10mm, antique buffalo with royal blue inside, gold powder coated lever, and triple stitching. Fits 32-40" waist. He's only worn it twice since he has a 13mm identical to it.

This one was $260 when purchased. He's asking for "best offer."
