Then I more-or-less took a break during the holidays. I've been trying to do several sessions with GMB Elements instead of the other stuff. Those sessions are fun. Going into the new year I want to plan a bit more what to do. The schedule I had was set up because I thought I'd only be able to cycle to work twice a week and train at the gym there. It doesn't seem the county/government's advice/rules are changing much in the new year, so maybe I'll try something else again. Maybe a hodgepodge of recommended routine (https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitn ... ed_routine) combined with some circuit stuff. Basically: warm-up, skills (handstand and l-sit), circuit with broad jump, pike pushups, shrimp squat/pistol squat progressions (not decided if I'm going to focus on one or do both, maybe alternating), chin-ups, push-ups and hollow body holds.
I'll do GMB Elements 3 times a week, alternating with this circuit and I'll try to bike a couple of times a week also.
Hopefully this will keep me going until the gyms open up again and I can start going for 300 lbs (137.5 kg?) bench and 500 lbs (227.5 kg) deadlift.

One of my brothers is running, and his first goal is 11 km in 1 hour before the summer. We talked a bit and challenged each other for a 10K at Oslo Marathon 18th September. That will be a nice challenge and something to train for. I just hope it can be done with regards to Covid-19 and such.

Still no gym open, and I needed to change things up a bit, so tried this program again. I did it in spring 2020, when the gyms first closed, and liked it. Straight leg frogger was fun.
Sometimes I wonder how and when it is most logical to practise some of these moves when I am done with Elements. Thinking Mobius next, so maybe there?
50 minutes jog in the forest, at dusk. Which wasn’t that clever, because I got lost and ran in a circle (saw the same glove in a tree twice).

This is quite far from lifting, but what are you going to do? I have some bands, but couldn't really get into those exercises (the GMB stuff is more fun), so I'm doing this instead. I think I've gotten more flexible and with more control of my body, and my strength hasn't decreased dramatically I hope. Conditioning is improving, slowly but surely at least.
