Alt cable curls: 15x[12,10]

*wider than close-grip, narrower than medium -> regular -> wide-grip bench.

Pleasant session. Sumo went nicely. Front squats were about equal to my previous heaviest go. Weight loss continues. I was ~115kg a few months ago. About 109.5kg now, and trending down.
Frontin' (belt): 140x1, 160x1x2, 140x3, 120x5x3
Sumo (no belt): 120x5, 170x5x5
Leg curls: 50x6x2, 40x12
Lex extension: [55,60]x20, 95x6, 75x10, 60x12
Pleasant session. Sumo went nicely. Front squats were about equal to my previous heaviest go. Weight loss continues. I was ~115kg a few months ago. About 109.5kg now, and trending down.

Front plate raise: 25x8x5 - tried a dumbbell to do more weight - not real different, apart from the intense pain. weird.
Facepulls: 12.5x12/10 range x 5
CG Pulldowns: 80x6, 90x6, 95x5, 80x8

Did your shoulders hurt before pressing? Quotations guy (in this case: Dr. Petrizzo over in Egypt) had me stop the presses for a couple of weeks until the pain went away, then had me OHP, keeping the pain in check. Seemed to work, mostly.

Back at it. New (actual) program. Still feeling pretty beat up, and dealing with whatever virus my child brought home. Unfortunately she got a secondary chest infection, but I've managed to avoid that hopefully.
