Near-grip bench*: 100x3, 120x2, 105x5, 100x[6,6,7], 100x3x6 (last 6 sets quick & short rests)
Preacher machine: 20x10, 30x8, 40x6x3
Alt cable curls: 15x[12,10]
Cable curls: 30x8

*wider than close-grip, narrower than medium -> regular -> wide-grip bench.

Pleasant session. Sumo went nicely. Front squats were about equal to my previous heaviest go. Weight loss continues. I was ~115kg a few months ago. About 109.5kg now, and trending down.

Frontin' (belt): 140x1, 160x1x2, 140x3, 120x5x3
Sumo (no belt): 120x5, 170x5x5
Leg curls: 50x6x2, 40x12
Lex extension: [55,60]x20, 95x6, 75x10, 60x12

Shoulder still buggered. "but press is great for shoulders, everybody!". Fuck you in the retina, quotation marks guy. I was sad and tired before this session, but luckily once I was done, i was sad and tired after the session. Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes!

OHP: 60x5 and immediate brutal death
Bench (regular): 100x3, 120x2x4, 102.5x5, 100x5x3
Front plate raise: 25x8x5 - tried a dumbbell to do more weight - not real different, apart from the intense pain. weird.
Facepulls: 12.5x12/10 range x 5
CG Pulldowns: 80x6, 90x6, 95x5, 80x8

Somehow I get the impression you have a feeling you're at a standstill? Nothing I can put my finger on, mind. Just a suspicion. :D

Nice work on the weight loss! And the lifting progress will come back.

Did your shoulders hurt before pressing? Quotations guy (in this case: Dr. Petrizzo over in Egypt) had me stop the presses for a couple of weeks until the pain went away, then had me OHP, keeping the pain in check. Seemed to work, mostly.

That wasn't slow enough that I'd call it slow either. Based on speed (which I know you're not supposed to use for RPE) I would guess RPE 8.

Back at it. New (actual) program. Still feeling pretty beat up, and dealing with whatever virus my child brought home. Unfortunately she got a secondary chest infection, but I've managed to avoid that hopefully.

Volume day - 2 minute rests

Good morning (no belt): 100x10x2 - max @7
Bench: 100x5@7, 95x5x6 - max @8.5 - fair bit of shoulder pain still.
Dumbbell rows: 45x8x3 - max @9
