I’m not a native speaker so you probably want to double check with actual Germans/Swiss, but I think it would be “Schweizer” when used as an adjective in this context. I’d be up for one in any case. Also, as a relative newcomer, what are we resisting? Texas Method? Sorry for possibly dumb n00b question.

Swiss lifter confirmed it's grammatically correct.

Resistance as in weight/resistance training and groups that have been "the resistance".
