Here I thought this was some sort of lifting forum.
Making rice the Hanley way sounds good though. I'm going to start dropping cubes in my rice cooker (because it will taste a little better, but most importantly will probably anger Hanley)
Does "dropping cubes" mean adding bullion?

That doesn't make me angry. I use something called "better than bullion" (which is - indeed - better than bullion).
And the only decent option for vegetarians, really.

Doesn't actually taste much like chicken broth, but at least it tastes like something other than pure salt. They have a mushroom one that is really nice too, as well as a regular old vegetable.

Maybe half a year ago, I had some kind of asian soup that's usually made with a vegetarian base, and it was clearly chicken. I had forgotten what that tasted like.

1) Buy basmati rice
2) Put rice in this
3) Fill to correct line with water chicken broth
4)Add about 2 tablespoons of butter
5)Add 3-4 green cardamom pods
6) Hit start
7) Wait
8) Eat
Fixed
Look at Mr. Fancy over here. Though I do actually have chicken bullion cubes that I keep forgetting to bother with.

Honestly, probably 90% of my food intake is rice and chicken, because it's so easy. I put 1.5-2.5 cups of rice in the rice cooker, one 40-oz bag of garlic something-or-other chicken breasts in the pressure cooker, and my meals for the day are pretty much done in 45 minutes with no more fuss. Add in some fat in the form of butter or cheese to hit my macros, and I'm good to go.

A full chapter on protein flavors.
I can't remember- did we decide Exodus-Aid is really just flat Coke Zero?
