I think I found my setup. Sitting in the bench, leaning forward using neutral chainngrips for all the ROM. Focus on scapular retraction.

-gonna keep my top set at 235, grab what I can, and bump the 3x5 each time for a bit
- Adding in a 2x a week Russian Squat routine for press thing I got off Reddit
- still massaging what this program is going to be, but I would like to try to stick with it for the upcoming school year.

I rounded down due to speed uncertainties.
I was starting around 5mph and adding .2 each minute until 6.6, then I dropped back to 6 and walked the minute. I wish I could this every week, but I don’t want to tax my a(b/d)ductors. Maybe every other week?
I’m well under my calories, but I can tell from nonviolent urge to pee that no whoosh for me tomorrow. Pity.

- treadmill didn’t slow down
- runs were feeling a little easy, but I don’t want to push speed yet, so I upped the run segment.

- ate waaaay too much food yesterday. Still feel kinda sick.
- also slept in waaay too late. Gonna do some drastic reset measures to get back on track
- Happy with this workout mostly
- Gonna keep the +5 going on the triples and keep the top set until I’m consistently hitting it for 3.
- dips and chins going well (aka pain free) - gonna keep +5 until I miss, then slow the progress
- 8s gassed me. Upper back is the limiting factor here, then cardio. I had to add a minute to my rest times for cardio recovery. I think high reps on lower days need to be consistently present for me. It also might be fun to track my HR on these.
- I’m liking the banded leg set up right now. I might try to set it up on the cables later, but I like chasing the pump on the bands.

Oh and one more thing: I officially got clearance/family help to do a bit of a traverse after our camping trip next week. I’m hoping to get it done in a day and a half. This would put me within a year from finishing my 48 4k goal.

- I owe the log a 2 mile jog. Maybe later.
