Took a nice jog along the Vistula river and through the woods (Skałki Twardowskirgo). Timer wasn’t working so I overshot my 9 minutes - a good problem to have. Also had to pause the run so that Google translate could reassure me that I wasn’t doing anything illegal.
Concert is tonight and then an early flight tomorrow.
I’m hoping to squat when I get home, but I might have to put it off until Tuesday.

305 is a better choice than 315 for top single, despite the sadness that induces. Gonna LP the 4x4 and drop reps for the 8 weeks. 280 for doubles doesn't sound impossible, then a light week.
435 didn't budge even though 385x3 was like @4. Grip issues - not good.

Also binge ate a ferocious amount of ice cream last night. Had to drive to RI to pretend to be a human at a wedding. The girls have Monday off and are staying, so I plan to drive back tonight after the festivities. Hopefully I can get a bit more running and maybe some dumbbell bench in tomorrow. Or I might just start next week a day early
