Can’t wait to be done with low bar, elbows are hanging in there, but I don’t want to push it. Next three workouts are gonna be 285 for doubles, some overloaded quarter squats and 295 for singles, then maybe just the SSB on the last week

I had to take a break due to low energy.
I ate a small apple before jogging, and I’m almost at TDEE for calories today. This happens sometimes. I don’t like it.

Tomorrow will be my 400th consecutive day of food tracking. I wonder if this will be a forever thing. I’ve got it pretty much second nature, I guess.

Observations:
I need a real deload.
Elbows and squat are falling apart.
Bench is going fine, but I’ve been focused on upper body stuff way more this cycle.
I can’t wait for this powerlifting meet to be over

Plan:
Squat: next week I’m going to swap SSB for LBBS for a break, then the week after I’ll just work up to a light opener and do some light singles.

Deadlift: this week I’m going to work up to a heavy block pull, then drop it to the floor heavier technique singles. Week after I’ll probably do an opener and light singles and I’ll skip DL on meet week.

Bench: I’ll probably just keep plugging away, trying to stabilize the pauses.

I strapped up as a confidence booster.

I seem to lose deadlift strength if I’m not touching at least 95% weekly. That seems wrong.
