I switched back to Ostarine to cut further as I felt my bf % was still too high to deal with the water retention that comes with lgd+mk677, don't fancy being a bloat monster. I felt the former was good for retaining muscle when cutting a bit more aggressively than you normally would. I'm not prone to MPB but the potential sides from rad put me off.

Still training, just haven't logged.

Bench Press:
102.5kg; 12, 10, 10, 8 reps

Close Grip Bench Press:
70kg; 13, 11, 11 reps

Barbell Row:
60kg; 12, 12, 10, 10 reps

Finished off with bicep & lateral delt work.

Tuesday 01/06/2021

Squat:
1x3 190kg @<6
5x3 180kg, last set @6

Finished off with leg extensions and curls.
Can't explain the top triple squatting, very pleased with this. I'll need to try for a PR at some point.

Wednesday 02/06/2021

Bench Press:
Worked up to two 130kg singles, last one @7.5. Very nahce.
3x3 120kg, last set @7

Close Grip Bench Press:
6x3 105kg @<6s

Bench going back up. Win. Went a run, emotional muscle cramping ensued.
Done biceps and lateral shoulder work the following day.

Friday 04/06/2021

Squat:
Worked up to a 210kg single @8.5
5x5 170kg @<6s

Romanian Dead Lift:
3x8 100kg

Chuffed with the squat single. Went a run after, which was horrific due to achilles/ calve cramp. Think we'll invest in a cheap rower for the garage now that folk are selling all their stuff due to gyms re-opening.

Saturday 05/06/2021

Bench Press:
95kg; 12, 11, 10, 10 reps

Close Grip Bench Press:
70kg; 12, 11, 11 reps

Barbell Row:
60kg; 12, 12, 10, 10 reps

Finished off with bicep and lateral delt work.

I'm the same, although struggling to be consistent, I just seem to be treading water. The site going down all the time broke my habit for coming to log, but I'm trying to get back to it.

Its good to see your numbers still moving up.

Pleased with this. Heaviest session squatting for fahves ever.

Friday 11/06/2021

Bench Press:

Close Grip Bench Press:
80kg; 10, 10, 10 reps

Done upper back, side delts and biceps the following day.

Sunday 13/06/2021

Bench Press:
Worked up to 135kg for a single @8
5x3 120kg @<6s

Close Grip Bench Press:
3x2 115kg @<6s
1x5 100kg @<6

Matched my best bench single today though moved a lot more effortlessly.

Chuffed to fuck with this. Felt easy too, set PRs for bench double & triple as well. Need to keep hammering the close grip work & stay injury free. ~5 years to get a 3-wheel bench :lol:

4x3 185kg, last set @6
110kg for 20 reps beltless for muh cardio.

Romanian Dead Lift:
3x8 90kg

Pleased with the triples. Lower back a bit fried from yesterday so RDLs were meh.

CBA logging all my mediocrity though today I hit 142.5kg bench single followed by 130kg for a triple and 120kg for a fahve. 3 PRs.

1x3 200kg @6 (5kg PR for 3RM)
1x5 190kg @6 (5kg PR for 5RM)

Romanian Dead Lift:
4x3 140kg

Finished off with leg extensions.
Pleased with the PR, however; I only have 225kg of olympic plates, so missed out on a 500lb PR. My rack tolerance is only to 220kg I think.

Stopped after the second set as both elbows flared up with tendinopathy that I should have better programmed around. I'll need to start chucking in a high rep session every third session as previous to manage this.
