Waist down >2" over this diet. Still no sign of abs. One more day of caloric deficit, then switching to reverse diet->maintenance->gain for the rest of the year.

I felt like I was getting close at one point, but I think it might have been sweat causing the hairs to create a pattern.

Good session, 365 felt good so I added weight to top set and 10lbs to volume. OHP continues to be too heavy.
