He insisted on syrup. Picked up the pancake and poured the syrup off and on to the counter while looking at me, because he wanted it on the side but didn't tell me. WTF.
Lol'd at this. But also interested in hearing more about these peanut butter whopper pancakes?

Welp, now you know how it should be done in the future. 8-)

Seriously, I miss when my kid was that young. A lotta shit was way easier (but, like, kinda not).

PBfit powder, Krusteaz mix, smashed up whoppers from the Halloween haul. Pretty tasty, all the carbs.

Feel worse.
Also, most generous arm measurement possible gets me 15.25" so I seem to continue to go backwards. 6 days a week of direct arm work while gaining weight and my arms get smaller. Not sure that is physically possible.

18 sets of curls, 12 sets of bench, 24 sets of primary/isolation triceps work this week.

Oops. 315 felt really good, so I did 3 reps instead of 1. Then I read my session last week wrong, and added 12.5lbs instead of 2.5lbs. Oh well, over 20,000lbs total weight moved this session.

Good session. Easing back into the cardio. No added chain weight on the incline walks, still too much sinus drainage into my lungs for that.

65min?

Spent almost 20min trying to get my heater to light, nothing. Will need to take the hose apart today, it's a new tank so either it is full and the hose is clogged (water that is now frozen restricting flow), I got a partly full tank, the hose has a leak, or the heater has a leak. I suspect the hose has an issue. The regulator was outside and exposed all year, but also the heater worked great for that first week so probably a leak somewhere- need to check and see if it feels empty already.

Hooked the first 405, didn't do a great job. Strapped the rest of the pulls, I am suspecting the switch grip as the cause of the right elbow tendonitis since that is the pronated hand (hint: it probably isn't). Also who cares about straps I don't compete right now. Weights down from last week, but up from two weeks ago, so still doing well.

Update: heater works. I think the regulator might have gotten wet in the rain before I covered it, never fully dried, then froze. Just went out there and blew on it until some of the ice on it melted and now it lights. Who knows.

DL all strapped, on the assumption switch grip is triggering the tendonitis in my right elbow.
Wife came out after 365 warmup, 2yo woke up unable to take a breath without coughing. Spent an hour or so helping try to get him comfortable. Called the doctor, they phone diagnosed him with croup.
