Weight Over Bar - Any throwers/highland guys in here?

Anybody in here pretty good at weight over bar? I have 68 days until my Bobby Hill-ish ass has to give it a shot on the field of honor...

Bar height will be 14" and the weights will be 30/35/40 for my class. So far I've been practicing as weather in WNY allows with a 35 lb kettlebell and a bar I rigged up to 12ft (ran out of crap to make up the last 2ft). Full clarity, it won't be a traditional highland games style weight... more than likely it will be a sandbag... possibly a small keg... maybe both... no one knows right now...

Looking for whatever you've got to offer in terms of tips/discussion...
