It’s not 20 reps but been working towards 200kg for 12 on Hatfields for a while now so feels good to finally hit it. I only need to use half a Russian weightlifting wrap to stop knee aids now so might try the new generation of super stiff knee sleeves to see if they offer similar support.

Sandbag PR:
220lbs, lapped, squatted 3 times and carried 50 feet! at a bw of 212.
I know this is kinda arbitrary but man this is the first strength PR I've had in almost 6 years. I'll freaking take it. More to come!

Dude I did the same thing! The sandbag was supposed to be 200lbs even (4 50lb bags of sand went into the bag) but it came out to 220.
Best of luck in your sandbag endeavors, I've only been doing the training a few months but I absolutely love it.
And thank you!

Thank you!
Check out your log quite a bit. Im surrounded by athletes I used to train and compete with in our early 20s who now, in their early 30s, gripe about "Getting older" and the "glory days being behind them". Its refreshing to log on here and see guys getting after it into their 40s and 50s.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Not actually a PR. But PRs are rare, so I have to find additional reasons to celebrate.
I deadlifted (trap bar) 500 x 5 last week and then did the same again yesterday.
This is pretty close to the 515 x 5 deadlift (straight bar) PR I set before Covid. For some reason straight bar is a little easier for me, so I see the two efforts as essentially the same.
It’s nice to regain a little lost ground.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Just finished a cycle of the 12 session general strength template. Hadn't done flat bench in a long time so I used an e1RM of 185. This morning I tested and hit 235 with a little in the tank. Now to unfuck my squat!

All time best squat 345 lbs. for a single. Beats any high or low bar squat I’ve ever done. Did this after shoveling snow and contemplating life.

Awesome grind, @Famendoza1981! Dig the narrow stance and the depth as well. I know a thing about years between squat PRs - you must feel amazing, and you should.
