Been hitting some fun rep PRs recently. Tuesday I hit a comfortable 127.5kg x10 PR on Bench Press, then on Friday I hit two Slingshot Bench PRs. 155kg x5 and then after that 140kg x10. Excited to see where things go on Bench, and the prospect of hitting 4 plates (albeit with a Slingshot) is very enticing.

Kind of spamming....but a 3 plates bench is an awesome PR for me.
Did 130kg for three weeks as a top single. Didn't move too fast. Anyways i loaded up 132,5kg (PR) today. Moved very well, so ich decided to try 140kg. Was kind of nervous, but it went well.

242.5lb for like 2 years.
Started Brad Gillingham's 12 week twice a week heavy/light program in late Sept. 2020
Supplemented with weighted dips.

i do all paused all the time.
I confess, after bumping the single up 4lbs to hit what was my target for 3rd attempt for the March 26th meet, i gave myself the day off from the worksets for today.
Still did my dips though.

Yes, triples, but 3 sets of 5 once every 4 weeks.
The way the loading waves 3 times in 12 weeks is pretty genius imo.
I've adapted it to my squat, doing only the heavy day, and on the second day each week, only the single.

It is definitely working for you! How important do you think the dips have been? I'm wondering if others do accessory type work or do they have success only doing the program.
