Got a work potluck tomorrow, anyone got a easy broccoli and rice casserole recipe?

I know some of the turdlords here will throw some shade, but for potluck type stuff, doing a recipe like the one above usually works out ok.

But you're right though, Campbells Cream of anything soup, with cheese, is good, and will appeal to a broad group of people.

I like food and I like to make certain types of comfort food, like collard greens. However, knowing this is for a pot luck, the best best is to aim for the bland middle and those Campbell’s recipes nail that.
