-question marked RPEs because I’m having trouble gauging but I know they’re not super difficult nor are they super easy. I’d guess anywhere 6-7.
-Just when I think my weight will go up it seems to be stabilizing around 207. Hopefully I can maintain that within 2 lbs before cutting again end of July. I’d wager 190 would feel and look pretty decent both from a health and aesthetic point. Hopefully that will be sub 18% BF.

-main lifts felt easier today compared to lighter weights last cycle, and no lactic acid burn, so I’m adapting again yay.
-kept accessory light but increased reps. Crazy pump from it. I’m hoping it’ll give my elbow joints a bit of a break. They’ve been cranky for awhile now but they’re getting better.
-I may have to increase my cals again. I’m shocked I’ve lost a bit of weight.

-Shocked at such a low weigh-in despite reversing cals. I haven’t been this light since late 2014/early 2015! I am seeing much more definition all over, especially in my arms/shoulders.
-I doubled checked the weigh-in and a third time on the BF% scale to confirm 205.9. The bio impedance says 24.3% but not sure how accurate that is. Started dieting last year around 246 lbs and 33% BF I believe.
-Felt like I was going to throw up after 15’s accessory work.

-Triples definitely feel heavier then they should. I’m guessing it’s all the weight loss that finally caught up to me. Nothing feels the same (levers changed) and all my knee/elbow sleeves and slingshot aren’t as tight either. It’s the only explanation I can come up with.
-I though maybe it was due to dropping Creatine (because it’s so expensive now) but I had phased that out over months before my 500 lbs squat. It has to be the weight loss. I’m officially down 40 lbs today. That’s a lot of weight!
@cole Idk if I believe 24% either but I’m definitely around 20. I think there’s a plus/minus for error of 4%. If I were to guess I’d say 21-22% for me right now. I don’t post much because training is quite boring and no PRs lately. Lol

-I think I can officially admit I’ve lost strength and I’m going to blame the weight loss (now down 42 lbs) and less sleep due to family’s schedule drastically changing the past 2 months.
-42 lbs is a LOT of weight so it was bound to have some kind of effect on my strength. I thought increasing cals would give me my gains back quickly. Alas, that’s not what’s happening. Technically I’m still reverse dieting because I continue to lose weight slowly. I’m down 6 lbs in the last 7 weeks.

Re: GainzZz For Valhalla
@cole lol and I was only planning to eat maintenance until the end of July before cutting again. I’m sure my weight will stabilize soon though. I doubt I’ll lose more now.
I’m doing it for health. I’m no longer snoring and hoping it fixes some of the hormone issues I was having being so over weight. I’m only 5’9.5” so 246 lbs was definitely unhealthy lol. Not worth it even for a 500 lbs squat.
Long reply I know but to answer your question I don’t really have a number goal I think 18% ish BF would be a nice balance between aesthetics, health, and still enjoying eating food. I’d guess for me that’s around 185-190.

-yeah I’m pretty mad about losing so much strength. Like I almost failed 175 today. To try and spin it I realized the strength to BW ratio is the exact same as when I pressed 210 at 246. I’m just really confused why such a dramatic drop off in strength. It’s worrisome and confusing.

Re: GainzZz For Valhalla
You can absolutely build up again at a lower weight. It will just take time. Try not to worry about it. Fat doesn't make you stronger.

-I figured this was better than nothing for a deload week. Starting light because I’m not really a variations-type lifter. Saw some stuff about these hypertrophy variations over at Juggernaught so thought I’d try them.
-Despite not being able to tolerate higher reps very well these were set around 45% of my new Training Maxes from last week. I might do these instead of reloading every 5 weeks. We’ll see. Was surprised how good my knees felt during pause squats.

-Squats we’re meh but no knee pain which is nice. Still feeling lower back/hip fatigue which is slowing my reps coming up the mid range each rep. It’s humbling when I was doing 385 for triples a few months ago.
-Bench weight was good but also humbling. Not too heavy and not too light.
