Could easily jump to all 5s, but i'm sticking with the "double progression" so i have more volume in before increasing loading.
No issues at all in the affected right clavical area.
Not trying to set any PRs here.
I'll see about going back to emom initially when i bump to 45lbs and drop back to 3s

Not going to copy paste the missing days from BBM logs page.
Went to +45lbs, and just finished 5 sets of 4 today.
Gonna bump to 55lbs and start with dubs.
Not trying to set any PRs here, and i like 4s as top reps as the weight gets resonably heavy.
Crucially, my right clavicle area has none of the overuse pain i had when i was aggressively pushing the loading.
Starting at 2s w/ 55 will give me more time w/ 55lbs, and more volume by the time i get to 5 sets of 4s
Also, 5s with heavier weights would extend rest time, and if i keep it to e2mom (max), i get these all done w/o taking off the weight belt, just resting the weight on the wooden chair while i move my arms a bit and watch the second hand on the watch i hang up.

Maybe 3 or 4 weeks since i've done rows, (stopped before the meet) but i think these hit the valsalva a little differently regardless of that.
Maybe more compression from the added leg action, dunno.
Stopped at 4 reps the first set b/c i got lightheaded, and had one set where the last 2 reps were slow for the same reason.
I got more comfortable after a few sets, and got more aggressive and had a lot faster reps.
I think i like them though.
Can feel them more through my body than when i was limiting the torso & leg cheat action more to keep the focus in the upper back.
