Anyway here's the past three sessions.
7/25/19
Dead 495x1, 550xF legit top of lockout couldn't finish miss, 440x2x5
Squat (high bar) 345x4x5
7/26/19
Bench (always competition pause) 265x5x3*PR
Press (1.0) 125x5x5
Chins 4x3
Pushdowns 170x8, 8, 8, 150x12
Hammer Curls 50'sx7, 6, 6, 40'sx12

Fuck around with Low Bar, still hate it 295x3x5
Deadlift 420x3x5
I've exclusively trained and competed using high bar the past few years. I hit a lifetime PR of 405x5 using it 2 weeks ago. But got in my own head about thinking I should give low bar a go again. Just feels fucking weird and no power at all. I'll just stick to HB Squats and conventional pulls.
