Monumentally shitty workout today, that was preceded by a tough commute and diarrhea right before training :l
I checked my weight on a scale and I was about 4 pounds under my normal afternoon training weight. Eating veggies and drinking tea to hopefully get un-sick before deadlifts tomorrow.

385x6 My right knee (a problem spot) felt like shit on this set, so I dropped the weight
