IDK, hits/tackles like this^ are commonplace, no one did anything wrong .
Scary shit and all that, but I see this as a workplace injury.....

I laugh (cry) when they're talking about this in a quick blurb in the pregame, they mention how many concussions he's had, but they get it wrong by minus-one ..... because the one game where he was out on his feet, and put him back in the game.

Also, theres "concussion" ..... and then there is "fully knocked out with eyes rolled back, Frankenstein arms, and fingers curled up backwards"

NFL still has a big problem on their hands.

I see it as more of a freak accident because I agree that no one did anything 'wrong' here, not that it makes it any less tragic...

Bart Scott is an idiot for blaming Higgins...

And yeah I think Tua is technically on three major concussions this year, two that he somehow managed to play through...

Jacksonville not exactly looking like the sleeper I thought they might be right now 😬

Activating fair-weather fan mode re Chargers. (Growing up in San Diego provided endless practice.)

I almost went to bed at the half but I guess I'm glad I didn't...

The non calls in this game are fucking awful though...

Tune in to my log tomorrow to see how training is affected by 3/4 of your calories coming from alcohol the previous day

The Dolphins provided more entertainment than expected. A healthy Bridgewater or Tua would have made things really interesting.

That Jaguars comeback was a thing to see. Now if the Giants can just keep up with the Vikings...

Healthy Tua we probably (more than likely) lost that game...

The turnovers are unforgivable... we need to tighten shit up immediately or we won't survive the Bengals...

Even then... fuck...

They had better tighten it up. I want to see a Jags/Bills AFCCG.

I can now sleep well tonight knowing that every NFC North team won the same number of playoff games this year.

Yo I'm on board with that, I feel I was robbed of a true underdog bowl in 2020 because Cleveland should've beat KC...

The Bills are technically not 'underdogs' now but damnit if we don't still play like it lately...

It’s a long story why, but I had to make a really substantial effort to be at a place to see the Giants game last night. Too bad they didn’t put that effort into playing football.

If we’re being honest I really did it for the boneless wings.

The Underdog Bowl dreams didn't pan out, @mouse. Too many opportunities missed for the Jags.

Giants were absolutely outclassed, but man, punting in the 4th down by 3 scores in a playoff game? The hell? The Jags went down swinging. The Giants went down whimpering in the fetal position.

Ah, a man of culture.
… and refinement.

The Giants are my second team - I root for them for my dad. Yet I found myself hollering at the tv at that call. Daboll didn’t coach like that all year; couldn’t understand why he started there. (Not that it would have made any difference in the outcome.) I believed in the Jags but game was over when dude fumbled away what was likely going to be a TD a snap or two later. That was their chance, and they knew it.

Bills fucking didn't deserve it if that's how they were gonna show up...

If the headlines show Frazier and Dorsey on the unemployment line tomorrow I won't be shocked at all...

Frazier should absolutely be canned...

I think that after we didn’t fire Matt Canada, every coordinator in the league was like, “Well Jeez, I must be safe.”

Do the Cowboys get a whole new coaching staff? Or what is the point if Prescott is still QB?

I don't like either team, but:

- that was some one-sided refereeing
- Niners likely had no chance either way once the backup backup backup backup QB went out
- that said, no idea why the offensive genius coach didn't keep Purdy off the field and run all the crazy wildcat plays he surely had in his bag of tricks. Putting Purdy in meant it was essentially a 10 on 11 game
- I can't decide which head coach has a more punchable face
- I don't get the love for Greg Olsen as a commentator. he's not Collinsworth or Romo bad, but he's not good.

I have no idea how you don't at least rotate McCaffrey in occasionally to try and trip them up...
