Too many mistakes to keep the Niners in it, and Love seemed to start pressing at the end. Oh well, #firejoebarry and onto the Baker hype train.

As a native of the Tampa Bay Area, it would’ve been nice to see the Bucs win but it’s okay to see Detroit win and advance as well.

Someone do a wellness check on @mouse.

Are we talking Sean Astin, or actual real Rudy?

Nothing against the rest of the Lions or Detroit sports (casual Wings fan), but I don't like Dan Campbell. Rubs me the wrong way.

I don't think I can bring myself to cheer for the Niners, if that makes it better. I'll cheer for the meteor.

Honestly wasn't even really that bad, I guess on the upside it will be way easier to give it up now that I just have to be a casual fan...

I'm hoping Lamar saves us from a potential Taylor Bowl.

Honest to God I might not even watch just because I'm so burned out on the entire Kelce clan... I hate it...

I'll probably ride the Detroit bandwagon the rest of the way cuz underdogs and Dan Campbell might be an absolute madman which I find entertaining...

My rooting interest from here forward is, in order:

1. Anyone but Baltimore. (My apologies, @MailmanMuscle.)
2. Dan Campbell.

If you asked ChatGPT to describe the ideal football coach it would describe Dan Campbell.

I know this is a razor cake, but I can't stop myself. They've made me believe those assholes. Fully expecting to come back from putting older kiddo down to a travesty.

I'll sleep better knowing that Dan Campbell's idiotic approach to situational football big balls were a key component to coughing up a 17 point lead in a Championship game.

I didn't watch the whole game, but Baltimore .... Lamar isn't so good passing the ball at key times. He also misses easy throws, screens, etc.....makes them more difficult than they need to be and/or flat out misses.

------------

I kinda understand the Prudy-hate ... I understand it, but I don't agree with it.
Had a good game the 2nd half down by quite a bit. 4 rushes for 13yds a pop .... very lamar-esque.
For a 3rd string QB he is doing great.

Lamar looked like total ass that game... I'm considering skipping this year for my own health...

Cam Newton at 7 v 7 youth football tourney (essentially , a 2-hand-touch passing league thing)
(I just rando googled footage of this)

.... I guess a lot of the narratives are he got jumped.

I think what happened, is he Cam tried breakup a fight, and some retards THEN decided to take advantage of the chaos and 'jump him' and took some pot shots at Cam to be instafamous or something. Cam organizes and hosts these events .... and this is the thanks he get? lolz

Without a lot of evidence .... from accounts and whatnot. I'm on Cam's side on this one.

1 - funny cuz he like a 6'5" juggernaut of a human .... WTF were the 'jumpers' thinking here. Ends badly for them.

2 - those 7's tournaments are a total trash atmosphere in general. Fights are common. There is no accountability in place.

The goddamn funniest thing a read today.
(there's a couple deep layers to this humor in my locality)

Texans get Diggs, a 6th rounder this year, and a 5th rounder next year...

Bills get the Viks 2nd rounder... next year... and 31 mil in dead cap...

Dude Stef had a crappy last half of the year but I feel like we got fleeced on this one...

Lord almighty I hope BBB has a plan.

Yeah. It is the same as the Cowboys plan:
--Pay an overrated QB that won't lead the team to a Superbowl $50+ million per year
--let go of all other top talent to pay said QB
--field a worse team in 2024 than in 2023
--pray for better results
--profit?

In contrast, Denver will be paying Russell Wilson $40M to mentor Justin Fields, who the Steelers are paying $4.5M.

Probably won’t work but it’s awesome in theory.

I appreciate Denver making the move to start the (salary cap) healing. I'd love for the Cowboys to not resign Dak, take the salary cap hit this year, and then resign Diggs, Parsons, Lamb with Dak's money. With the money that was going to those guys add 10 or so other guys. That is what we are talking about. A QB that has a documented history of choking in big games or 3 all-pros + 10 quality players. How is this a choice?
