Neck Circuit 35*2

Hooked up my low pulley and it worked really well with the harness. Curls are still easier laying back with a plate.

Failed 330 once because I touched too high and the band slipped off my chest to my neck. Less arch actually works better for this. Probably could have gotten more out of it if I figured that out sooner. We'll see next week.

Yesterday I heard a clank under my truck's hood. Both ears on the alternator bracket broke throwing the belt. So I had to zip tie the alternator in place. Of course just zip tying it down wasn't going to work so I had to daisy chain a bunch to the firewall and the side panel to keep it in place. The truck is a 94 so the bracket is discontinued so either $200 from ebay or like $20 from the junk yard.

Tweaked my back on the single. Going to just deload next week I don't see the point of trying to power through a week of singles @9. It's funny if you get a little fat the start of a pull gets harder but if you get fat enough locking out gets harder.

I think next time I use this ill drop to a monster mini because this is a 60lbs overload. Which seems a bit much with how weak my bench is.

lmao spent all weekend with a fever and lots of draining from The Leg Hole. Thought I was going to die. Woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks and with a bunch of new skin. I give up what happens happens, YOLO as the kids said a decade ago.

Checked every junk yard around and every truck that has that alternator bracket already has it pulled. Guess there's a reason there's a bunch on ebay.

Had a broken tooth pulled Wednesday. Was kind of paranoid about dry socket so pushed what I was going to do Thursday to Friday. Seems like it'll be fine.

Saturday night back felt tweaky. The next morning it hurt getting out of bed so all day Sunday about every hour I did a set of ten good mornings with 85. Felt much better this morning. Popped a few acetaminophen and ibuprofen and was good to go.
