Had a horrible headache last sunday. I think jumping to 45 was too much going to start at 35 and work up to five circuits.

I think I'm done with this. I dont see any reason to try for 1@7/1@8/1@9 next week or even trying to hit deadlift singles tomorrow. Going to take the rest of the week as a deload and figure what I want to do now.

Edit: That was bench depression talking.

Going to be a nice easy deload week. Had headaches Wednesday and Thursday too. Failed a 265 touch and go bench single.

On the plus side I got a good deal on a 40 lb box of wings. Smoked 10lbs 1/3 got bbq/hoisin, 1/3 got carolina gold and 1/3 got crystals hot sauce. Need to make some corn bread.

Some people have all the luck.

Last night I dreamt of a chicken sandwich. Woke up before I could even eat it.

It's crazy how many places have the same type of chicken sandwich now. Kind of want one for lunch now.

I've been wondering why I've been getting headaches lately but I realized I've been doing a ton of yard work. I have a really big yard and it got over grown bad because I couldn't keep it up after getting hurt last year, also being lazy from thinking about how much work it would be, so I'm just now getting to it.

Pseudoephedrine to the rescue. They should make meth legal just so I can by aleveD in bulk.

Alright my lifts are back to about where they were a year ago which is where they were about two/three years ago. Maybe this year if I don't somehow don't fall into a giant cartoon meat grinder I will actually improve and lose weight.

Saw these on I think RP's youtube a while ago nd wanted to try them. Also not actually fat grips its two pieces of XL pool noodle with wrist wraps.

Eh. I've been having pain in my left wrist all week but I've been ignoring it. Except today I thought I'd try wrist wraps. I hate wrist wraps makes pressing feel terrible. No pain though but I think they made the single and top set harder. Somehow. Because I took them off for 240 and the sets were easier than last week.

I should probably upgrade my rack one of these days. Low 400s and it wiggles side to side just changing the weights at squat height. It has held up pretty well for some no name Amazon rack.

I haven't read up on logs in a while; is this the old wound, or did you recently fall into a giant cartoon meat grinder?

The one from last year. It was a bit bigger then the size of a sheet of copy paper. From a few inches below my knee to my ankle. Full thickness too even scrapped some fat off my shin. Now it's about the size of a fist and not deep at all.

You can see the white edges creeping more and more closed. Should be gone soon
