Re: Not to change the Subject but
Started premaking my breakfast.
1lbs turkey sausage
16 eggs
8oz cheese
3-4 jalapenos diced
Preheat the oven to 400. Throw the chilies and sausage in a big ass buttered cast iron pan and cook. Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper until just mixed no need to get it french omelet smooth. Drain off what little fat there is out of the pan. Cover the sausage and chilies with cheese then pour the eggs over and give it a jiggle to get the egg down to the sausage. Pop it in the oven for 10-13 minutes until the top and middle is set (over cooking will make it stick to the pan). Take out and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

This took all of 30 minutes.
I'm not sitting here eating an orange instead of breakfast because Shake&Coffee was just an hour ago and I still have two hours till I wanted to eat actual food.

Was going to try a set or two with a belt because I've been sticking to my diet but I forgot that Tuesday I leaned into hydraulic pipe I had to take a torch to to get the bolts out and have a nice burn right were my belt sits.

Re: Not to change the Subject but
I didn't write it down but I used a belt on pause squats Friday the burn healed up enough and I didn't even feel it today. Going to leave a nice scar though.

Re: Not to change the Subject but
About that higher than body weight squat e1RM... turns out if you don't weigh yourself or your food for a while shit gets fucky.
In penitents I bought a food scale last week and am going to do higher reps till I have a stroke. Or get bored which ever comes first.

Dropping 30 odd lbs in two weeks is bad for bench. Well not really that bad but the first three sets "felt" a lot heavier than they should have.

These seem to be going better except the second set where the bar rolled down on my arms which hurt a lot.
