Not to change the Subject but
Barbell Medicine's open forums are kind of dead, getting spam bots (they're going to look like RTS' in a year because no one cares) and I like lurking the discussion boards here more.
Started lifting a couple years ago because I weighed 650lbs and didn't know if I could get off the ground if I fell over. Lost 200~ lbs had a log on SS and one on BBM, don't know if I'll keep updating that one. Current lifting is bouncing from BBM's PB2 and Str3. I walk to 7/11 or Walmart and back every Wednesday and Saturday (2.5 miles). I gained 100lbs back and I've been spinning my wheels on weight loss for the last year or so for... reasons.
It's really hard to deadlift for more than 2-3 reps with leg drive. I know if I could get over the "reasons" and actually lose weight DL would go up fast because when I got down to 430lbs it was much easier to pull for reps from the floor and I was doing it for heavier. But again "reasons." Lack of willpower and random bouts of self loathing are only half of them.

Laying the band over the bar then stepping on it is finicky. Don't think I'd pick these again until I could make hard points on the floor for two side bands.
