Night and day difference. I still feel vaguely jelly like, but am confident I can repeat the performance in 48 hours and that I did something resembling productive cardio. I could def not roll off the machine, wait 2m and productively lift. Very pleased with the change.

I've been using this to set up easy stand/sit cycles for standing desk (25m stand 15m sit today). Because no fucking around is needed with it I think it's improving my standing time efficiency like 5% over manual timer.
