S: 1x5x225, 1x5x315, 3x1x365, 1x2x365. 365 really high RPE for 1st 2 singles, low RPE for last 3 reps.
B: 1x5x135, 3x5x185. Fairly high RPE today.

B: 1x1x135, 2x1x185

Only had 15 minute. Pretty freaking cold, even in the barn today. Need to rearrange stuff or something b/c the lifting corner is the coldest spot.

B: 2x1x185, 2x2x185, 2x5x185. Hey it turns out being shivering really ups the RPE on lifts. Went and messed around in warm clothing, much easier.

S: 1x5x135, 1x1x315 1x1x375 1x1x415 failed 1x1x435. I am a dumb. 415 went down easy, deep np. Accidental pause and then almost dead stop halfway up. Most eye bulge I've ever felt, but ground it out. Naturally I put 20 more pounds on the bar. Down easy, out of the hole np. Halfway up went to grind and just nothing there. Hard failed, shot out from the front of my rack like someone stomped on a toothpaste tube. Note to self: if any part of a lift is 10/10 RPE, no going up from there on that day.

B: 3x5x185

The squat singles felt substantially better than they have in a while. Doing a good number of heavy singles is really helping me lock in my "heavy" form vs just "I can rep this out form". In a perfect world these would be the same, but that's unlikely to happen given me being me.

S: 1x5x135, 1x5x225, 1x1x315, 2x1x415 (wrapped). Currently I believe knee wraps are subtracting from my 1rm rather than adding to it. I fell over trying to rack it on the 1st rep, then almost fell over on the 2nd rep. Both reps were fast as hell coming up which might have been the issue. Then got msg kid on way home from daycare, so no bench (until he's done for bed, hopefully).

S: 1x1x135 1x1x225 1x1x315 1x5x415 (wraps). Manager called and ate up 25m of lunch break, but still got 5rm (wraps) squat. A heck of a lot better than W's wrapped squats. Goal is every other Wed wrapped for now, but work insanity and birthday meant I needed to do something fun. Still need to focus on driving back into the hole/locking the back angle as I do, otherwise I sort of sneak towards a goodmorning instead of making depth. Not bad for day 1 of being 35!

No lifting, 6 yards of dirt delivered to regrade part of yard. Needs to be hauled 40-70 feet (mostly downhill) and spread. 1 hour. I call this the Wilhelm method.

S: 1x5x135, groin pain. 1x5x135 HB, no groin pain. 1x5x225 HB, no groin pain. Bit of a strain from hauling dirt I think.
B: 1x5x135, some stuff, 3-4(can't remember)x3x225 slingshot. I see why people like it, have to fight for normal grove a bit, but so much better practice at unracking heavy (for me) weights.

S: 1x5x135, 1x5x225, 1x5x315, 1x1x315 (no belt oopsie pause), 1x5x315
B: 3x5x185. Used shelf liner. Instant improvement.

S: 415 and 465 wrapped moved fine, 507 didn't stabilize and was more of a controlled lower/pause/bail than an attempt.
