Bonus Bench session b/c I felt strong.
B: 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x 225 240 250 260 5lbd lifetime PR. failed 3x1x275 (1st failure was close, very close. I think if I had been a little tighter it would have popped all the way. Failed with a longish grind just under halfway), then 3 easy singles of 275 with red slingshot.

Terrible workout. I hate lifting after work.
D: 1x5x225, 1x5x260, 7RPE 8 sets at 295 (I think this was 3 3 2 2 2 3 1)
B: 1x5x135, 2x5x185, 1x3x185 (last rep RPE9.5, especially when I got stuck on the under side of the fucking rack). 1x1x135.
3x10x40 ez curls (need to increases reps, this was easy)
Lat pulldown stuff.
