30 clean to overheads in 4 groups. Finished out loops from earlier. Not the best workout day, but got cardio and lifting so fuck it.

Yesterday: 5x10 clean to overheads, some OHP up to 195 PR. Failed 200 on my chest.

Today: D: 3x5x225 B: Some stuff ending in 255 PR. No squats, ankle not happy today. Did ~40m of jog/walk intervals in driveway with kid. "Dada wants to run fast? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 GOOOO" over and over and over again. Ate Olive Garden.

B: Bunch of stuff, 2x5x135. Pec felt a lot better. A little sore, not painful, after. A few twinges on the bottom of the last set, especially if I lost focus and let me back relax.
