15 feet up a fucking tree trying to deploy a heavy ass ladder stand in a really sneaky spot. It's tied to the tree, but I drop it so it swings down following gravity and ropes. I've got my climbing harness on, but faced with either falling down and trusting the harness+linesmen belt or letting the blind smack into my arm. Caught between a ladder and a swinging blind. Thank god just sprained, but no pushing movements for a bit. Been shooting my longbow a lot (can't strap on trigger release).

Figure it works for back volume work if nothing else, 63 lbs at 28 (I draw a bit shorter).

~25m upper body kettlebell stuff. Didn't feel like a lot at the time, but at the end I tried to do some pushups and was stapled down on #1.
