A bit frustrated as I have scaled back things a bit, shuffled things around, and am still overshooting by .5-1.5 RPE on everything.
For example, press was an average RPE of 7.5 -- but I was doing 6's with 70%, which should have been closer to RPE 6
Squat was an average RPE of 7, but again, 6's with actually 67% - which again should been closer to RPE 6
I cut back on after dinner snacking, but the scale isn't really moving much and strength seems to be regressing
