Missed Friday's workout; Just accessories so I don't feel too bad.

Picked up a new motorcycle over the weekend too. Honda CRF300L dual sport. I may use it to commute to work on nice days, and to explore some of the trails around here. Cant seem to get to ride it though. My youngest boy (16) has taken a real liking to it

Also took friday and today off work to complete a project over the weekend and finished up around 5pm. Built a bear proof aviary for my bees. Will have 8 hives going this year so need to protect my little workers!

As a result I was pretty tired going in to today's workout. Definitely feeling my age today.

Squats
Bar-10
155-5
265-5 - Added belt for this set
330-1 - added knee sleeves for last set
392-5,5,5, - 1st set felt heavy as feck. 2nd and 3rd went better with a rep or two in the tank.

Calf raise
155-lots

Comp Bench - These felt heavy too. Was going to do triples but settled for doubles.
Bar-lots
155-5
265-3
325-2,2,2, - maybe had a third but didn't want a grind.

Tricept push downs
90 for lots

I love those little bikes. My brother used to have the 250.

Yeah, it's a fun little bike. It doesn't hit hard like my 2 stroke 250 but has a nice wide powerband and pulls not too bad on the top. The longer term plan is to give it to my kid and get me a 500 KTM dual sport.
