Well, I spent a week in Istanbul on my way home. Saw the amazing architecture there (Hague Sophia, etc.) and got back late Saturday night. Never did get over my illness and even last night almost vomited in bed
Was supposed to work today, but used a sick day to try to get back into this time zone and eat some of the foods I normally eat. Felt good enough late in the day to do the first workout I've done since competing. Took things real easy...
