Last day of low stress week. To me this hi rep cardio stuff is much more difficult than doing my triples and 5's.

2 count pause deadlift
315-10
325-10
335-10

2 count paused bench
225-10
235-10
245-10

DB RDL's
70-15
110-15
130-15
170-15

My 18 year old son competed today in the sub junior 93kg class and set a couple of provincial records for deadlift and total.
435 squat
292 bench
525 deadlift
1248 total

Proud of him!

I think fatigue has caught up with me. Today everything felt heavier than it should so I cut the workout short.

I'm ready for a deload...

Deadlift
475-1
535-Failed at knees
405-4 Stopped at 1 set as I seemed to struggle with that (down 40 pounds from previous week's work sets).
225-4 Sumo
315-1 Sumo

Press
195-3 Normally an easy starting weight, felt like a rpe9+

I have trouble lifting two days in a row, which is why I like m-w-f. Better for recovery. Great bench press
